About me
I have been on a healing journey of my own for years. I grew up on the standard American diet of fast food and processed food. Luckily I had basketball as my outlet, which kept my batteries charged for much of my youth. Then, after high school when I stopped having sports to lean on, I started focusing on lifting weights in the gym, where I only did isolated movements that ended up doing more harm than good. I tore my rotator cuff and had to start walking out of the weight room with one arm in the air because the pain of putting it down was so severe.
