About me
About me
I have been doing yoga for over 2 decades and teaching for over a decade. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours in trainings and am able to continued education to other yoga teachers. I have 1000s of hours of teaching under my belt as it is my full time job and has been for quite some time. I also am a yoga therapist. A yoga therapist is a compliment to western medicine by being well educated on the anatomy of the body, emotional/thinking mind and the spirit.
