About me

"Welcome to my holistic practice, where I believe in the innate creativity, resilience, and wisdom within each of us. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with our inner resources, leaving us feeling stressed and disconnected. As a certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute and an accredited Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to our sessions. My diverse background in hospitality, the film/tv industry, and non-profits has allowed me to connect with people from all walks of life, fostering an open and non-judgmental space for you to share and explore.

In addition to my coaching certifications, I have received training in mindfulness, meditation, habit science, Reiki energy healing, resilience, health and wellness coaching, and cognitive behavioral mental health coaching. This holistic approach ensures that we address your well-being from multiple angles, helping you achieve lasting growth and transformation.
