About me
Hi, I am MacKenzie, a Registered Nurse & Transformative Nurse coach
Believe it or not, a year ago, I was lost, anxious, and burnt out.
I felt guilty for taking time for myself because I felt there were others more deserving of my time, love, and care than myself. I wasn't connect to who I was or want I needed. My mind raced with thoughts of "you'll never succeed" or "you don't need that, what about this person who deserves your time more."
It got to the point that I was just surviving the days. I was stuck in the rat race of life. Stuck. Miserable. Unhealthy. With no hope in sight.
