As a spiritual energy healer, facilitator, instructor, and consultant in the healing arts, I am passionate about empowering others to embrace their true potential. Known as the healer's healer, I have helped countless service practitioners strengthen their practice and business. Through my writings, including the Empowered Living Blog, Indigenous Resilience, The Alphabet Map for Renewing your Life, and Breath of My Soul, I share effective techniques for nurturing the Soul, Mind, Emotions, and Body, creating a personal resource for spiritual empowerment.

My journey began with training in somatic breathing and holistic nutrition and wellness from a young age. Inspired by my activism in social justice, I set out to make a positive change in the world.

Philosophy of Care
Becoming a wellness practitioner was a natural step for me, having been educated by my parents to honor body, emotions, mind, and spirit with the truest sense of soul presence. Working alongside metaphysical doctors, wisdom keepers of my lineage, and healing arts practitioners further solidified my path, and I fully stepped into my role after the birth of my first daughter in 2005.
