Her journey began with massage therapy and quickly expanded to include Craniosacral therapy. In 2006, Paula embarked on a transformative path studying under Lisa Ishwari Murphy, immersing herself in various healing modalities such as Reiki III, Advanced Energy Medicine, Sacred Sound Healing, Alchemy, natural law, past life healing, Svaha yoga, and the Q'ero shamanic tradition of the Andes. She has also trained in Kaula Tantra yoga, shamanism, and aikido.
