Fitness has always been a part of my life. I was never naturally gifted or big, strong, or fast. What I did have was a whole lot of heart. That is what I like to teach in my training. You can get a long way in life if you believe in yourself. When I look back on my life there has been a lot of ups and downs. I now realize that everything that I have gone through has created a person that is built to help other people. If your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, become more athletic, decrease anxiety, calm your busy mind, or get out of pain... Strength Camp Portland is for you. I have worked relentlessly in educating myself through experience and courses to be able to help people on many levels. There is much more to health than working out and eating right. Here we look into all aspects of your life and find ways to improve so that you can be the strongest version of yourself and empower those around you to do the same. There will be days that we work harder than you ever thought possible, there will be days where you will be pushed out of your comfort zone. This is for everyone, this is for you.
