Before my transformation, I was anxious, suffering from chronic stress, and I started binge eating. I didn’t recognize the woman I had become. After I turned 40, my metabolism came to a screeching halt. I gained 35 pounds in four years! I had severe pain in my hip joint that caused my leg to give out from underneath me without warning.
