Let's get to know each other! On these 45-60 min high value calls I want to get to know you, your struggles, and your goals so I can help you get clarity on what's not working and what you need to move forward in the right direction. Calls are a safe and supported place where you are encouraged to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, free from judgement. This call will also help me understand whether or not I'm the right practitioner for what you need. If I determine you're a good fit, then I'll ask if you'd like me to share more details about my coaching program. There is no pressure to purchase anything on these calls. 3-Month Nutrition Coaching Program "The Confident Nourishment Method"
A 12-week all-inclusive online nutrition coaching program designed to completely transform your relationship with food, your body, and your health. This program is for women who want to have peace with food and their body and understand how to eat healthy so they can leave diets behind for good and nourish themselves with confidence. We focus not only on nutrition but deeply on mindset and a lot of unlearning what you've learned from diet culture so that you can fully take back control of your own health and happiness. This program is weight inclusive and does not promote intentional weight loss. Instead, we combine intuitive eating along with nutrition science and research to help you develop a better relationship with food and your body so you can feel educated and empowered to properly take care of yourself without diets. The program includes 12 modules that can be completed in 12 weeks. Each module contains lessons along with worksheets and downloads. You get: -weekly 60 min 1:1 coaching calls for support and accountability -weekly live group coaching calls -supportive community inside a private Facebook group -lifetime access to program portal and content -my unique methodology -library of recipes -bonus content *If you purchase this package before having a Discovery Call, we will meet over the phone so I can get to know you and get you set up with the program. About me

Hi I'm Alexa! I am a lover of pizza, chocolate, laughter, and sunshine. I'm an Anti-Diet Certified Holistic Nutritionist with my own virtual nutrition practice, Freely Wholesome Nutrition. I'm also a corporate wellness nutrition instructor where I teach healthy cooking classes and host nutrition talks! My nutrition approach combines both my years of professional education/research and my 10+ years of personal experience with dieting and disordered eating. I used these experiences to create my unique methodology and approach to sustainable healthy eating for women - The Confident Nourishment Method. I live in the beautiful state of Oregon with my husband and our dog. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking. Food is definitely my love language! I also enjoy spending time outdoors gardening, camping, kayaking, going to the beach, or visiting local wineries. It's my life's mission to help and empower as many women as possible in finding confidence with their health, food, and body. I would be honored to be your guide on your journey.

My Philosophy of Care

I am a weight inclusive practice & believe health is more than just weight. You will never be asked to share weight or measurements. I am an anti-diet practice & do not promote things like calorie counting, food tracking, or food restriction. I teach intuitive & mindful eating practices combined with evidence-based nutrition science with the goal of empowering you to know how to nourish your unique body in a way that allows you to feel & function your best. I believe in progress over perfection.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

During your first 1:1 coaching session, I will spend some time getting to know you better so I can know how best to support you during our time together. We will chat about how you're feeling, areas you may need more accountability or support in throughout the program, and make sure you feel set up and ready for success.

My Inspiration

I've always had a passion for helping others. I discovered my passion for nutrition after healing myself from years of struggling with dieting, disordered eating, food guilt, weight cycling, & lack of confidence around nourishing my body properly. Through research, education, & experience, I came to realize that diets were the hidden root cause of my struggles. I made it my mission to educate & empower other women on this truth about diets & how to take back control of their health & happiness.
