About me
Alexis Gross is a Certified Coach, Sacred Ceremonialist, 500 hour E-RYT yoga teacher, and a student of Life. She lives from the wisdom that our Life is our curriculum - that whatever we are experiencing in our lives is the very thing that has the opportunity to lead us to greater freedom, compassion and connection.
Her work stems from the knowing that connection and love are our birthrights, and that sometimes, trauma and difficult past experiences block us from experiencing these things.
