I am passionate about supporting people in achieving more joy, balance, and an overall better sense of health and well-being - mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.

As a psychotherapist, I have specialized in trauma healing for nearly two decades. I've helped hundreds of clients reclaim their life after trauma, and I've supported other therapists and healers around the world in learning how to help their own clients.

Trauma healing and optimal well-being must ALWAYS include working with the body, as the body carries knowledge and wisdom not always known by the mind alone.
