I have been a dental hygienist since 2011 which inspired and led me to my journey into oral myofunctional therapy and Buteyko breathing in 2020. I have a passion for treating clients as individuals and focusing on how breathing and oral functions play a role in whole body wellness. I have a strong drive to lifelong learning and spend countless hours in courses expanding my understanding of the airway and the body. I work very well with people from all backgrounds and experiences and thoroughly enjoy helping people feel better.

I am inspired to help others because I love being able to guide people to improve their overall health and sense of wellbeing by using their own bodies and restoring the functions the body was already designed to do without any use of medications. Many clients come to me because they are so frustrated with the failures of Western medicine and are seeking alternative options.
