About me
I bring an authentic approach to healing that combines the realness of being human with the divinity of being Spirit. I grew up with a very chaotic childhood and experienced quite a bit of trauma at a young age. My parents fought excessively, divorced at age 5, I was sexually assaulted by one of my family members, experienced religious trauma, and had an absent parent and the other with an alcohol abuse issue. It all led me down a very destructive path as a teen, to where I was using hard drugs at age 15 and self-harming.
