I'm a multilingual wellness educator, and holistic health coach with a background in social-emotional learning, behavior change, guidance, and counseling. I believe getting healthier should be fun, exciting, and reasonable. Behavior change is useless if it’s not sustainable. That’s why I believe in tiny efforts with long-term results. Combining psychology and coaching, I help you gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between your lifestyle choices and your health. I help you develop an individualized self-care plan tailored to your needs and then I’ll guide, motivate and hold you accountable to reach your goals.
My philosophy focuses on a holistic and preventative approach to life through minimal lifestyle changes. My approach promotes a mostly plant-based diet, self-care, NEAT movement, work-life balance, and community building through psycho-education and coaching. I believe that a healthy body and mind are crucial in creating health and happiness on both micro and macro scales.

My true story begins with my own healing journey when I found myself on the verge of burnout as a social-emotional counselor. It was the same year my father was diagnosed with kidney disease and started dialysis. I realized that our educational and healthcare systems are not designed to help us cope with today's fast-paced life. That's when I reevaluated my lifestyle choices and decided to get certified as a holistic health coach.
