I am Alisha Kellar, and I am honored to meet you!
My healing journey brought me to Medford, Oregon 5 years ago and I am grateful to be a part of this community! I am originally from Siskiyou County, California.
My practice, Blooming Blackberry, was inspired by personal traumatic experiences. I had done the work and had spoken my truth to therapists, counselors, psychologists, etc. They instructed me to write in journals, exercise, and eat a healthy diet, but still, I had blockages that I could never seem to get past.
