About me
My area of expertise is helping young adult and adult women heal wounds from their past that are impacting their present. I call these women Cycle Breakers. A Cycle Breaker is someone who recognizes the suffering and dysfunction that is present in their life; they want the cycles of harm to stop with them, but they need guidance and support while they identify what needs to change so they can create the life they want for themselves.
