My name is Alyssa and my personal struggle with anxiety led me on my own wellness journey and sparked a deep sense of purpose to find the path to healing.

I am a Holistic and Functional Medicine Registered Nurse (RN), Board Certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC), Reiki Master, and the founder of Bel Sole Wellness. Both my personal life and career experiences have led me towards seeing the world through the lens of holism. I see the interconnectedness of all things, the mind, body and spirit, our relationships to others and the world around us.
