Breathe n Relax
I customize every session to my clients needs on that particular visit. we always spend time before and after the session to chat and set up the session and review what we have done in the session.

I have been a Massage Therapist for 18 years and have been through many changes within my own development as well as seeing many changes in the way bodywork is received by people.
Like most massage therapists I started by offering Swedish, Deep tissue and Sports massage. As I grew and developed I started working with my clients with Pain, Anxiety and Stress, seeing what methods and different types of bodywork would help their individual situation.
With doing research and trial and error with different methods I now offer customized massages that cover all modalities from Lymphatics and CranioSacral to Myofascial work, Graston Technique and Energy work. Each session is different for each clients needs and wants on any particular day. Not all clients receive certain methods the same nor do they all need the same techniques for the same situation. Customizing the sessions with my clients has had great results with Pain and Stress management and Anxiety issues.
I teach Massage Therapy at PHI in Long Beach and taught for 3 years at NHI in Studio City. I host workshops and do consulting work and training sessions for small Spas and Massage clinics.
I am always evolving and working with my clients and other therapists to see what techniques work and what can be included in sessions to get the best results.
I love my job and work I do.
I follow a philosophy of creating a safe space for my clients. Their session is their time to relax and leave all the stress outside our space. I find clients relax and respond to my methods more and quicker knowing they are in a safe non judgemental atmosphere and our time together is customized to their individual needs on any given day. I follow up after sessions to answer ant questions and to see how our session worked on that given day.
On everyones first visit I allow extra time to do an involved intake and to spend time afterwards discussing what I found during the session and how the clien felt before and after the session.
We discuss how the session wil go in respect to what kind of bodywork we will do in that particular session, for example, we could be blending CranioSacral Therapy with some Lymphatic Massage and Graston depending on the health history and intake information.
When I graduated Massage School I spent a lot of time volunteering in Hospice Care. I came in touch with not only clients but also their families and found during this stressful time in peoples lives my work could help with keeping the families strong and also help them release their emotions in a way that would help them connect with their ill relative and as a family reconnect to be strong. I then became more aware of how massage and energy work can be so beneficial in so many ways.
