Transformational coaching is focused on enabling self-actualization. Far more than ‘options-strategy-action’ to attain goals or clarity or to get better at something, transformational coaching dives deep into an individual’s psyche, focusing on who that person is and desires to become. Transformational coaching is therefore an ontological approach because it is about ‘being’ rather than ‘doing.’ My coaching approach is through multiple sessions, working 1 on 1 where we will work with the whole of you, the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. I will guide you through a series of techniques, tools, and meditations that will help you get from where you are to where you want to be but in the process will help you learn how to be instead of doing. Each sessions last between 60-90minutes and if you book in package style you get a discount on pricing.

The "shadow self" is a side that you may have learned to suppress as a child. For instance, if you were scolded for throwing a tantrum, you may have stored that anger away and put on a more socially acceptable smiling face for the world. You were taught early on that being angry was undesirable. This anger, as well as rage, jealousy, greed, and selfishness, are feelings that everyone has, but not everyone is comfortable expressing them. These suppressed emotions or characteristics are a part of your shadow personality. “Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. If an inferiority is conscious, one always has a chance to correct it.” -CG Jung Shadow work is all about the unconscious mind, which consists of the things that we repress and hide from ourselves, such as traumas. Your shadow self might show up when you're triggered, in your relationships, and through varying levels of anxiety and depression, she says. And when this seemingly dark side does rise up, it might reveal that something about your personality that's worth a closer look. In these sessions we will look into your Shadow and will be guided how to work with these parts of you. These sessions can be done through soul retrieval, lineage clearing, somatic restructuring or even through expressing emotions in a safe space. These sessions can last between 60-90 minutes and can be don in individual sessions or in a package.
