About me
I am a prior addict and trauma survivor. I spent years struggling with my own mental health and attempts to recover from addiction until I fully committed to my healing journey. While I have been aware of being a healer most of my life; this conscious path really began for me following the divorce from my ex-husband that prompted me going through my dark night of the soul.
In 2013 I became intentional about my life in a true and holistic way: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional.
