I have been seeing Amber for 3 years for massage therapy. I see her on a very regular basis for ongoing chronic pain issues. Amber is a very talented massage therapist! I saw many other therapist prior to Amber and only stayed with them a few sessions. I stay with Amber for many reasons. She helps my pain and improves my mobility issues and she runs a professional business. She is on time and ready to work when my massage is scheduled. She really works hard to help me feel better each session. I have recommended Amber to many people and all have had rave reviews. Amber recently helped me with some significant TMJ issues. My new dentist, who specializes in TMJ issues, was so impressed with Amber's work and assessment of the issues that he requested her card. GO AMBER!

About me

Let me be your guide to living a boundless life, free of physical and emotional pain. For the past 14 years, I have used my skills in massage therapy to restore sore and achy muscles back to full function and release. You can feel better with a little TLC to the body.

But it's important to give your whole body attention, so I can also help you to understand WHY you eat and the driving factors in your diet and food choices. As a board-certified health coach, I use mindful-based strategies to help you to overcome emotional eating, unbalanced eating and living to improve overall vigor for life. I believe in the body and mind’s natural ability to heal – if given the right tools and support.

I am the owner of Boundless Body and Wellness with practitioners able to support in Massage, Trauma Touch, Energy Therapy and Acupuncture. Our practitioners are ready to help!

I am also the Author of Food, Feelings and Freedom: The End to Emotional Eating and Founder of Amber Stevens, LLC.

My practice is mindful-based, connecting the body/mind/spirit to the function and flow of living.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Each session meets you where you are in that moment, while building on a plan of care. The massage is truly integrated, working to restore function and balance, while decreasing pain and stress. I offer therapeutic, prenatal and CBD informed massage. Health coaching focuses on the WHY behind your eating, along with the insight of WHAT food is and isn't, and how to optimize your health. All my work connects body to breath, listening to your own inner knowing to feel centered and relief.

I'm a healer by nature. I deeply want to help others to end their health struggle and find more joy in life.

Breathe! Connect with your breath for at least one minute...breathing from the diaphragm - deep, tummy breaths (this is the key). Deep breathing engages your parasympathetic nervous system taking you out of stress mode. And it's so easy to do!

There's great advice here already, but depression can also come from a poor diet. There is a vast network of neurotransmitters in the gut communicating with your brain. Food affects that communication. 90% of Serotonin (one of the "happy" neurotransmitters) is made in the gut! I'm happy to answer more questions about this, but begin by accessing your diet. Is it highly processed, sugary and fatty? Are you lacking in produce and quality protein? Making some food shifts can impact your brain. You can find support with your brain's chemicals and specific foods in my book (found on my website at www.youareboundless.com). For serious depression however, you will need support from a trained therapist along with dietary changes. Sending good thoughts your way!

HI - oh, man, I've dealt with IBS-C myself. Have you tried the FODMAP diet? It's hard at first (highly restrictive) but by following it, I was able to find my trigger foods and how to avoid them. I highly suggest trying it out. Then, as you avoid triggers, work on healing the gut with gelatin (think bone broth but without onions), be careful taking magnesium since it can have a laxative effect on the system. Hope you get some relief!
