Amrit-Sadhana is such a gift and so talented. She has an incredibly intuitive with your body and knows what it needed during each session. She taught me how to listen to my body and helped bring a whole new part of me alive that I didn’t even know existed. I feel empowered, beautiful, feminine and free!
I have had anxiety for as long as i can remember and despite seeing a therapist on a regular basis, one of the most significant positive changes for me has been regular sessions with Amrit-Sadhana. Not only does she listen carefully to all i have to day, but has a gift of hearing things I’m unable to articulate out loud. Something I love about working with Amrit-Sadhana is that she considers the whole mind, body, spirit which I think is essential in any kind of healing. I look forward to our sessions and know that I’ll feel grounded, calm and have practical tools and realistic goals set up when we complete our time. 6 months ago I was detached and disconnected from myself. There were so many things I struggled with inside; I felt broken, unworthy, and I was extremely unkind to myself. I felt stuck and knew I needed guidance and support. I heard Amrit-Sadhana as a guest on a podcast and so many of her words resonated with me. I felt called to reach out to her, and I’m so glad I did. Here’s what some of our one-on-one discussions look like: developing a morning routine that makes me feel good, going thru different mental exercises, figuring out what adaptogens would work for me, physical movement or intuitive movement, meditation practices, talking about anything that comes up for me, and so much more. Working with Amrit-Sadhana over the last 6 months has been transformative. Of course struggles and anxiety still exist (they always will), but today I have a connection with my heart and body and a knowing that I can support myself in ways that I never knew. About me

My path to wellness started at a young age. I’ve been studying Ayurveda, herbaliam and holistic medicine since I was about 12 years old. I spent the majority of my adult life working for holistic chiropractors and practitioners and from there my passion for a holistic life bloomed. Through these experience I found that no matter how much trauma you survive, how depressed or anxious you are, or how hopeless you feel, you can heal and live in joy in your body, mind and spirit. You can conquer all the fears and programming that is holding you back and follow your deepest dreams. It was through my experience of changing my own relationship with anxiety that I realized I could help others to do so. When I am not working with clients and creating content you can find me singing (Bachelor’s degree in music), dancing, cooking and spending time with people I hold dearest.

My Inspiration

I was foruntate enough to be raised in a holistic home with an emphasis on eastern medicine; however, I noticed that so many people do all the things "right" with nutrition and holistic practices, but they aren't really dealing with what's going on inside of them. I began my own journey and found that no matter how much kale you eat, if you're not dealing with your anxiety and the things going on inside you, you aren't holistically healthy. This along with my own healing journey.
