I am a Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner working to balance the body, relieve muscle tension, increase flexibility, and improve range of motion. I also provide Platonic Nurturing Touch sessions.
My aim in this life is to be a presence of healing. After a decade of caring for the elderly, I attended Northwestern Health Sciences University to study relaxation massage and clinical Trigger Point Protocol before finding my passion as a Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner. I am constantly learning new healing modalities (studying craniosacral therapy, Tantra, Breathwork, and PNF currently).
I also offer platonic nurturing touch services (professional cuddling). Sessions include extended hugging incorporating light scalp and neck massage. My clients enjoy a feeling of deep peace and safety. I know how to take care of people and believe hugs and platonic touch are crucial to dealing with isolation and loneliness, perhaps uniquely so in the Midwest. I have a heart for those suffering, and I share all my good energy with my clients. They say they sleep better, and feel more buoyant and resilient for days following a session.

Arrive in comfortable clothing, like sweat pants or athletic shorts.
Thai: After sharing what areas you'd most like work on, the session begins. Thai massage is done on a floor mat, and incorporates passive stretching, compression, and acupressure into a 1-2 hour session. I work with your breath utilizing PNF to get comfortable stretches and increase flexibility.
Pro cuddling sessions: Several types of hugging with soft blankets and comfy pillows. Usually laying down. Conversation welcome.
