As a coach, it is my role to collaborate with you in finding solutions that empower you. You are always the expert in you, yet a coach can help you tap into that inner healer, inner superhero, and goal specialist.
Life challenges can be difficult to navigate and having someone to lean on while devising plans to work through them can be everything! Whether it is a chronic illness, food allergies, or finding ways to be more mindful, I am here to join forces with you to get you where you want to go.
Without our full health, it can make the rest of life so much more difficult. I have had to work through many of my own diagnoses, and advocating for my own health so I understand how complicated, overwhelming, and disheartening it can be.
While I have always had an affinity for psychology, I was not about alternative health until I realized that combining traditional medical health with an alternative or holistic health resulted in the best outcomes for myself.
So why become a coach versus something more traditional? For me, it came down to empowerment. There are very different avenues for health and all have their strengths but I liked the idea of being able to dig deep into old scripts, capitalize on a person's internal power, and collaborate versus leading.
My clients have said that they felt at ease and felt heard for the first time. No matter where you are coming from, I meet you where you are, without judgment or preconceived ideas of where you should be.
The focus of coaching is to identify, gain clarity, and explore ways of meeting your goals. Ultimately coaching is a tool to create sustainable change for improved health and well-being.
