About me
My journey started early on, when I experienced a sexual trauma around the age of 8 years old. This was not something I talked about with anyone, it was something I was prepared to take to the grave with me. On the outside my life looked great, like I had it together. But on the inside I was struggling with strong negative self-talk, self- hatred, disapproval and criticism. My inner garden was plagued. I was reactive, ungrateful, not confident, shy, didn't want to be seen and could not let intimate partners in.
When I was 21, I took a solo trip to Tanzania where my life changed.
