I've been treated by Andre on very regular bases during the last two years and my muscular problems have improved from being suffering from chronic pain to have less to close to no pain in certain muscle groups. My involvement in with the Special Forces placed a lot of stress onto my body and I was later involved in a motorcycle accident which damaged my back. I seen many therapist, chiropractors, masseuses, doctors, specialists and others during this time. Nothing has really help to deal with the pain. I had back surgery in 2007 to my lower back and spent hundreds of hours of physical training to be able to minimize the constant pain my injury and muscle tension inflict upon me. Since have Andre working on me on regular bases I have felt more improvement than through any other treatment. I would very highly recommend Andre to anyone who needs relief from muscle ache, stiffness, headaches, stress or other join or muscle issues. His knowledge and care for his customers are unmatched! Massage, Proper Stretching, Good water intake and a Balanced diet. It sounds like an old nagging injury and inflammation of that area on your Hamstring muscles or your Hamstring tendon is inflamed from inadequate nutrition. Sugar is the cause of this and I had the same issue. When I balanced my diet and cut sugars out the pains disappeared quickly. Plus I do get regular massages too. I suggest proper diet and massage therapy!

Find a park with a gradual decline to it (not more than 15 degrees), Mark your sprinting distance and sprint 20 times up it. On the 20th trip up you stop at the other end. Stretch your legs and run 10 sprints down hill. This will both build your muscles in your legs and lengthen them to teach your legs how to turn over faster so you do not fall on your face. It go me from a 5.5 sec, 40 yard dash to a 4.85 sec, 40 in one summer back in the day when I played football.

Regular Massage Therapy will keep your muscles properly relaxed and able to meet the demand you put upon them with training and actually running the distance. It's better than stretching which I strongly discourage before an athletic event because you train to build your muscles strength and much like a rubber band if you stretch the muscle out is looses it's explosive ability to kick it into high gear. Warm up and cool down yes. Stretch muscles to relax it and keep it's power with warming up!
