About me

If I was pressed to come up with my specialty, I would say this: My specialty is that pattern or belief or critical voice that you know isn't serving you but have been unable to get rid of. As a trauma therapist and social worker, I was trained in some incredibly effective modalities such as EMDR and ART. But since being trained in IFS, or Internal Family Systems, I have never looked back. I love being able to tell clients that no matter what else they have tried, this will be different! IFS can truly help us find the "root cause" and delivers real and lasting change.
