About me
I am a traditionally trained licensed counselor who has also trained and been certified in mediation, meditation, mindfulness, hypnosis, EFT, and somatic embodiment and regulation. While I do utilize many of the techniques I learned in the traditional psychotherapy model, I focus more on the mind body connection and healing making the most of top down and bottom up techniques to encompass the whole person. I help people release unhealthy emotional attachments to past memories and traumas so they can walk into their future less encumbered by the past.
