Epic Initiator
I help stuck creatives, high-achievers and entrepreneurs reclaim their authenticity so they can create the life and love they truly desire.
I combine coaching with mentorship and teaching that is client led. I employ a blend of coaching and healing modalities such as: Energy Leadership (Dr. Bruce Schneider) Inner Child Work, Reparenting (Dr. Margaret Paul), PolyVagal Theory (Stephen Porges and Deb Dana), Attachment Theory (Dr. Sue Johnson, Dr. Diane Poole Heller) , Internal Family Systems (Dr. Richard Swartz), Trauma Releasing Exercises (Dr. David Bercelli) and breathwork (Dr. Richard Brown), among others. I regularly complete programs with psychologists, therapists, LCSWs and trauma-informed specialists and I complete credits with the NICABM (National Institute for the Application of Behavioral Medicine). I'm also a Deeper Dating Mentor, a methodology based on Ken Page, LCSW's work around relationships. I also regularly take classes on Mindvalley for other perspectives and spiritual work. I'm a huge fan of Brene Brown's work as well as Michael Bernard Beckwith.
Each client's needs and desired results are different, so the work that I do is completely customizable based on what the client wants. I'm also equipped to lead a client through my own personal protocol should they want to be led in their sessions.
I believe that coaching relationships should be a win-win dynamic; we both get to enjoy the coaching container. I work with compassion, empathy and gentleness and my goal is to help heal attachment style wounding and to help create an example of secure attachment for my clients. I believe that creativity and inspiration are a better motivator than pain and I believe that my clients truly do know what's best for them deep down, my job is to help return them to themselves.
I have consults for a first visit so that we can get to know each other and to see if we both think it's a good fit. I like to get to know more about the type of work my future clients have already done, what has worked, what hasn't, what patterns they're currently seeing in their life and relationships and most importantly, what kind of results they'd like to create.
I had been an actor and writer since I was a child, so I was always observing people and patterns. My own parents had a very toxic relationship and I realized that if I wanted to have the love I desired, I'd have to heal those learned dynamics. When I attended Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, it was a great intro to the trauma-informed work that I now do (surprisingly so) and soon after I got my coaching cert from iPEC. I love that the potential for transformation through coaching is limitless.
