About me

I am an occupational therapist with 26years experience. -16 years specializing in Myofascial Release and 10 years in Craniosacral Therapy. My passion is helping the whole person and teaching mindful awareness of self. I am also a certified Tai Chi instructer. I find Tai Chi and Craniosacral therapy blend well for mind and body self-care. Dis-ease and dysfunction can come in many forms and my skills as an OTR, BCST can help people to overcome difficulty, adapt, become free from pain, and move on to a stronger tomorrow.
My team and I have developed a treatment technique, Hydrogenesis. Somatic intention and mindful awareness skills are used in a warm water environment for profound change. See Hydrogenesis.co for more details!

Yes, the psoas muscle is a big culprit for causing back pain. This muscle can become very tight with prolonged sitting or with emotional stress and tension. Myofascial release and Craniosacral therapy can be successful in treating a tight psoas.
