It takes 30 minutes to 45 minutes normally, sometimes there’s been a lot to come up so it takes an hour its up to you and what the universe has to say! I do not choose any cards I’m spirit guided they jump out of my hands.

The use of my tools for measuring Carotenoids within our system and a simple spot blood test to understanding the imbalances within the body.
Some are energetics with being an empath, we tend to take things on we don’t mean to which can also cause disruption with in our systems and manifest into sickness. I truly understand Ive been there,
To keep it brief
It started as a child with convulsions as a new born then appendectomy at 8 yrs hit by a car at 9 endured viral meningitis then through the years 28 surgeries 6 on my back lived with a wheelchair for 16 yrs told I would never walk again. Had a stroke! Have 3 streets in my heart! I understand the healthcare I went through to bring me where I am today to help others Heal.
Being an Empath is one thing, however also being a sensitive helps me to help you! Very medically intuitive

My philosophy to care is to listen and treat the whole being not just parts! No band~aids allowed lets rip those off and bleed or shed those things which hold us back.
