The people who get the most out of working with me are generally women who are successful in their careers but are so busy and stressed out that they've neglected their self-care, all the while experiencing the body change dramatically.
Yoga can be so beneficial but we can often get pulled into sacrificing our health for our careers. People usually come to me super stressed, overweight, feeling out of shape, suffering from low back pain, and just want to feel better. If this is you or someone you know, please reach out, I am happy to be of service.
I believe it is my path to nurture and encourage you to be your best and brightest self.
I teach a unique blend of Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound Healing and Meditation with emphasis on the healing power of breath and energy.
Yoga saved my sanity when I was suffering from anxiety and depression. Work, family, relationships were overwhelming. I was drinking too much, crying all the time and crippled by indecision. That was twenty-five years ago, yoga gave me a path through that crazy maze to balance and happiness and has given me good health ever since.

I had a successful career in film and tv but yoga is my passion. I believe yoga is truly revolutionary and empowers people to be really happy and healthy, thus making our world a cleaner and more peaceful place where all beings can prosper.
The medical profession is now really getting excited about the role of yoga in getting healthy and staying healthy. It's a great time to be sharing yoga with the world. People are hungry for it!
