I support my clients on their journey back to wholeness by using a holistic approach that takes accounts for their mental, spiritual and physical well-being. I use a client-centered approach and recognize that each client is a unique, bio-individual. My ultimate goal is to empower my clients to draw from their inner power using self-awareness and reconnection with their higher self to make conscious, realistic and sustainable changes in their lives.
Depending on the the type of session you book, our first consult together will be a chance to get to know each other better and get a deeper understanding of your health and wellness concerns and goals including identifying perceived barriers to achieving your goals. Nutrition counseling initial consults include collecting pertinent information about your personal, social, and health history, diet, anthropomorphic measurements, lifestyle, current medications and supplements.
My personal journey and quest to heal myself led me to learn different healing modalities. My recognition of the fact that we all have an innate, infinite healing power at our core that we can tap into at any time has been my inspiration. Optimal health and wellness is not just the absence of disease. It’s an intricate balance of your mental, emotional and physical health and I am motivated to support people back to wholeness using the tools I've learned as well as experienced along the way.
