About me
Here’s some fun facts about me:
1. I am an experienced social worker specialized in mental health in children and adolescents. I also have many years experience supporting adults. I trained in clinical self hypnosis, NLP and EFT tapping as alternative modalities and received regular feedback on how beneficial it was for my clients of all ages. I believe it is because these approaches use the body to calm the mind and use the mind to calm the body, connecting to the natural intuitive mind that we all possess.
