About me
About me
As the daughter of first generation West Africa immigrants, I faced a lot of hurdles that manifested into childhood trauma. My childhood trauma presented itself as deeply rooted negative patterning that stemmed from emotionally unstable parents, narcissistic exposure, deeply rooted codependency patterning and much more. I was angry all the time and self seclusion was my main coping strategy. In essence I'd developed various copping mechanisms that allowed me to survive childhood, but hindered my adult life.
