Reiki (energy work)
Our live are SO please hectic. Rarely do we just stop and unwind. Reiki is just that. Essentially it is a duel meditation with the therapist and the patient. The patient lays still on the table fully clothed while the therapist moves around the table placing both hands in a specific pattern over the body. Inducing a calm and relaxing state. Most people will feel sleepy even euphoric. By the end your state of mind has changed. You are calm and at peace.
