I have been a Holistic Healer & Practitioner for over 25 years. I have been a Relationship, Intimacy & Tantra Coach for 18 years and am writing my 7th and 8th book on Holistic Health and Couples Healing. I help women find their voice, couples find harmony and soul men go deeper on their spiritual journey. I help people come back to balance, find inner joy and bliss.
I offer multiple modalities for couples, women and individuals and my integrative style of helping people is unique because of my hands on experience working one on one with people for many years.
I help people with stress, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, trauma, physical health challenges, sleep issues, sexual problems, sexual repression, sexual trauma, physical pain, the inner child, communication challenges and to harness self love and feel more peace within.

About me
I became an Intuitive Reiki Master a few years after I completed high school and have been highly connected to the divine ever since. Old clients used to tell me I am like a Medical Intuitive and could pick up on what they were dealing with without them even telling me. I had become a Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher along the way and saw clients in practice for many years who didn't know where else to go, were sad, confused, frustrated and lonely, had sexual dysfunctions, and had challenges in their marriages or partnerships.
