About me
After experiencing a few symptoms for many years (ranging from anxiety, PMS, skin issues, and bloating) and making no progress working with traditional doctors, I took matters into my own hands by diving into holistic health with a root cause approach. I did my own research and started digging deeper, and the more I learned the more I began to be passionate about sharing what I learned. I couldn't wait to start helping people feel better so I became a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
