About me
I began my journey into the Mind, Body, and Spirit world as a trigger point massage therapist in 2003. I loved working with the body and learning about people and their feelings. I began to notice how much was being held within the body and causing discomfort for my clients. After 11 years I moved on to understanding the emotions that we feel stay in the body and cause “Dis-ease”. I became an emotion release practitioner but my journey did not stop there. Through some of my own life experiences, I was led to Hypnotherapy.
