About me
I am the Owner and Therapist at YangRising Health & Wellness.
My passion and background of health, fitness, nutrition and wellness started in high school. Growing up in sports and taking classes in high school helped to shape and guide my decision to go to school for massage therapy. After graduating from college I knew I wanted to own my own business but knew it would take time to get there. I worked in many different areas on road to where I am now, such as the spa industry, fitness, teaching at a college and also coaching volleyball.
