About me

I’m a Holistic Physical Therapist and am Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Center for Body Mind Integration in Lexington, Massachusetts. I specialize in treating adults with chronic and complex pain syndromes who have tried unsuccessfully to get help in other ways.

My offerings include:
*Bodywork using gentle yet powerful holistic techniques including Craniosacral Therapy, Fascial Mobilization and Energy Balancing to release physical, energetic and emotional restrictions in the body-mind
*Do-it-yourself transformational programs
*Individual and small group online programs
*Healing retreats
*Personalized healing adventures

I want to help as many people as possible using my innovative healing approach.

I believe that when people are healing the “issues in their tissues” we don’t act out those pent-up emotions and challenges onto each other and in the world. My mission is to teach as many people as possible that they can heal their bodies and I believe when we collectively do this work, we will see a more peaceful, joyful, and kind world.

When I see the change in people, sometimes after just one session, my heart is full and I’m smiling from ear to ear to see the change in people. I can’t believe I get to do this work and get paid for it!

I’m honored to be your guide to discovering the ally you have with your body.

Questions & Answers

Barbara Gosselin Answers
Hi Cassandra, Yes, the lymphatic system is not a well known or fully appreciated systems of the body, but it is involved in so many things! One of the classic signs is chronic, even low grade, swelling in the ankles (or even one ankle). Another one is chronic sinus pressure. But it could also be more subtle things like a general feeling of sluggishness. There are some really good videos on youtube by a massage therapist (massagebyheather.com) that show you how to do self lymph drainage.
