Well, after many years working for large corporations, I longed for a way to do something else, something good, and help people. I first thought that would be by helping clients get healthy, and I began working as a trainer at a gym. My thought was that when you're healthier physically, your body feels strong, you look better, you gain confidence, improve your self-esteem, and your life improves.
