About me
I start with an introductory consultation to understand your concerns, what needs to be addressed. I share my perspective and ways of working, different modality options and agree on a healing plan going forward. A healing plan usually comprises a mix of modalities bespoke to your identified issues & is alignment with your belief system.
I use an array of alternate holistic wellness techniques - Usui Reiki, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Regression, Crystal Healing & Sound Healing.
You don’t need to know, understand or even appreciate all the different modalities.
