About me

Who in their right mind does not want health, prosperity, success, peace, and joy? What if there were no limitations in what we wanted to do and achieve in the realms of human experience? Universal White Time Healing (UWTH), an alternative modality, can open up your creative potential and give you access to an eternal well of possibilities.

UWTH can help alleviate imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit by accessing the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. This modality taps into the ancient, nonphysical, infinite life force energy. This is a language of unconditional love and light. Other times we call it the source, creator, spirit, or God. In the movie Star Wars, it is simply called the Force. This invisible, vibrational energy flows from a dimension beyond time and space, which is a gift to humans to bring balance and resonance back into their lives. This energy, together with the electromagnetic energy of the Earth, unites in the heart during a healing session with the healer acting as the conduit between the client and this energy. Light and love can transform people and reveal their personal mission.

It has taken me many years to become a skilled UWTH healer. I believe in using the most effective techniques to help different fragments of the self come together to activate a person’s full potential. To help accomplish this goal for my clients and promote a holistic experience during a UWTH healing session, I skillfully use many modalities during a one-hour session, including gemstone and crystal healing, tuning forks for sound resonance, and essential oils.

I have also studied Ayurveda and teach these principles through my Indian Cooking Classes, my Indian Spice Blends, and my cookbook Turmeric & Spice, to help guide students toward eating for a radiant and vibrant life, as a part of healing from the inside. For my clients, the Ayurvedic dietary change makes an internal difference that complements the UWTH energy healing, which are all the tools that I use in concert to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit so that you can fulfill your own harmonious symphony of your life. I believe in the radical inclusion of all of the pieces of ourselves that have to be aligned and balanced to bring our being into full expression and to fulfill your heart’s desire.

Through healing sessions, my clients become empowered to discover their unique gifts and to share their essence with the world. My practice is built on the conviction that people can heal themselves through exploring their innermost selves and learning to live in an energetically balanced way.

I am available for individual energy healing sessions in Denver (Wednesdays only upon request) and Fort Collins and offer distance healing by request from clients who live outside of Colorado. I also teach the Universal White Time Healing and Crystal Healing methods to other holistic healing professionals.

My Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care means that I am sensitive to each client's needs, and I customize each session for each individual. I believe in confidentiality, and everything discussed in a session is completely private and will never be shared in any way. My sessions are done in a very sacred space with a respectful and humble mindset. I am just the conduit for information received from unseen higher realms which then flows through me to my clients, bringing harmony within their mind, body, and spirit.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

The client arrives at my beautiful, comfortable home studio, or I will meet them virtually. The client removes their shoes and watch and lies down on my massage table, fully dressed. Then I use my various modalities, such as tuning forks, essential oils, and crystals, to determine what they need. At that point, I begin the energy healing, which lasts 55 minutes. At the end of the session, clients experience a deeply relaxed and joyful state, as if a weight has been lifted off their shoulders.

My Inspiration

My inspiration to become a healer began when I had to fulfill a challenging need. My Indian heritage gave me the innate knowledge that I would be able to find help through alternative methods. I was emotionally troubled, so I sought the help of many healers. After exploring these alternative methods, I realized I could heal myself. Then I decided to become a healer because I was drawn to help others. I continue to educate myself and practice my modalities so that I can become a better healer.
