About me
I hear you & I see you, because I have been you. I was born dead on arrival to divorced parents and experienced the debilitating effects of chronic mental, emotional, physical & spiritual disease that plagued my caregivers. I developed codependency & addictive tendencies as a result of my attempt to cope with the emotional dysregulation that I was privy to. I began seeking to sooth and shield from every experience to suppress any emotion that I did not feel comfortable experiencing.
