About me
Hello there! I’m Buffy Andrews, and I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey to healing and wholeness. As a therapist by trade, caregiver in life, and servant at heart I understand first-hand how lonely it can be in a service-oriented role. My whole life I’ve been someone to give, give, give, and it honestly left me feeling completely burned out and isolated feeling like the “buck stops with me.” In a helping profession it can feel like your cup is being poured out for everyone but yourself.
