About me

Candace practices a holistic approach to health and wellness
Which means that she looks at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change over time. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.
Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

My Philosophy of Care

It is our passion to help everyone discover the benefit and importance of our digestive health and to use this knowledge to attain holistic wellness. Our program and workshops are intricately packaged and designed not only for you to learn in-depth knowledge but also to use this knowledge to prevent and manage health issues associated with it.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Converting to a whole food, clean diet can make a huge difference in the way you feel during your menstrual cycle. Eliminate processed foods and sugars can be a huge help in itself.

I hate to recommend supplements if there is a whole food option. Try a clean and whole food diet that focuses on a more plant based concept. That doesn't necessarily mean vegetarian or vegan. Just less meat and when you do eat meat make sure it's of good quality. Also, anxiety can also be a sign of heavy metal toxicity. Try adding spirulina and barley green powder to your diet. Meditation and breathing techniques are also a huge factor in managing anxiety. Anxiety management can take continued work but can be managed with many different avenues.

I hate to recommend pills to anyone. I always try to get what I need from my food. There are many forms of whole food cleanses and detoxes that can be a good fit for everyone.
