About me
In 2002, while in the midst of a personal fitness trainer internship, I had a life-altering experience. I slipped on black ice on the highway, resulting in multiple fractures, including all three bones in my pelvis, my sacrum, lumbar vertebrae, and a ruptured bladder. As I observed medical professionals wheeling me into emergency surgery, I had a profound realization—I was having a near-death experience. This marked the beginning of my journey into understanding that there's more to life than what our five senses perceive.
