About me
Hi, I’m Carrie. I’m a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and Transformational Breathwork Facilitator. Since 2019 I have worked with clients all over the world. My clients are looking to move into a life of meaning and purpose after experiencing trauma, relational abuse, or neglect. You may have heard it called emotional abuse or betrayal trauma, as well. I was shocked to learn I could be traumatized by growing up with or being in a relationship with someone struggling in mental health or addiction issues.
