About me
I'm a mom of two beautiful children. After my second child was born, I began struggling with hormone and gut imbalances. This lead me to find integrative health to bring my body back into balance using a natural approach.
I found Reiki when looking for tools to help heal anxiety and grief- for both myself and children. Reiki has been instrumental for my family in both relaxation and stress management.
I am passionate about natural health and healing and am excited to share these tools with all ages.
